What you will bring to the role
- Experience in a staff supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership working to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environment.
- Outstanding Team Leadership skills, and a thirst to develop others.
- A strong beverage knowledge,
- Experience in supervising / leading a busy service.
- Assist with training programs for staff to ensure we are exceeding our customer expectations.
- Support the restaurant manager in the operational requirements of the venue, including staff management, wages, cash handling, budgeting, and promotions.
