What you will bring to the role

• Experience in a staff supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership working to safety, health, and hygiene standards. 
• Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environment.
• Outstanding Team Leadership skills, and a thirst to develop others.
• A strong beverage knowledge, 
• Experience in supervising / leading a busy service.
• Assist with training programs for staff to ensure we are exceeding our customer expectations. 
• Support the restaurant manager in the operational requirements of the venue, including staff management, wages, cash handling, budgeting, and promotions.
• Hands on approach to all facets above
