Restaurant Team Leader (Full-time)
The Commodore and our new Restaurant and Bar, Noky at the Henty is located in Mount Gambier, SA on the beautiful Limestone Coast. We are passionate about hospitality and guest experience is our priority. We offer outstanding experiences in our Restaurant and Conferencing and Events including Weddings. The Commodore's restaurant was recently awarded Best Restaurant in a Hotel (SA) at the Restaurant and Catering Awards and received a judge’s commendation at the AHA (SA) in the Restaurant – Accommodation Division category. This year, Bar Noky was awarded Best Bar Presentation and Experience (Country). Our Business has grown to include Delgattie Estate – our luxury Hotel and Colhurst House.
We are currently seeking a motivated and focused Food & Beverage Team Leader for our award-winning Restaurant and Food Service team.
Required experience and skills
A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage service
Strong beverage knowledge including Cocktail and Wine
A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
Ability to train work effectively in a team environment
Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management

Salary $60,000 - $70,000
