AddressWe are seeking a talented individual to join our client in Mt Larcom, Queensland as a Restaurant/ Venue Marketing Manager.
As a Venue Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind promoting venue events to a diverse audience. From live music performances and themed nights to special dining experiences, you'll develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract guests and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote hotel/pub events, including concerts, themed nights, and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with our events team to create captivating promotional materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and printed materials.
- Cultivate relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and community partners to maximize exposure for our events.
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify new opportunities for event offerings and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, event promotion, or hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
- Experience working in the hospitality industry, particularly in a hotel/pub environment.
- Familiarity with event management software and ticketing platforms.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Minimum three years experience in a similar role
