Responsibilities:

3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and order accuracy.
4. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions.
5. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, using proper service techniques and adhering to presentation standards.
6. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, checking in periodically and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
7. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service, such as refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and offering additional items.
8. Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and providing receipts as needed.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
10. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service.
11. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and adherence to health regulations.
12. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required, staying informed about menu changes, specials, and restaurant policies.
13. Uphold company values and standards of hospitality, providing a positive and memorable dining experience for every guest.
14. Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including hosting, bussing tables, and cleaning duties.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine.
