ROLE OVERVIEW
We are on the hunt for a vibrant, full-time Retail Administration Assistant to join our boutique in Paddington, Brisbane. This role offers a unique blend of fashion retail and social media management, ensuring no two days are the same!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media: Bring our brand to life by managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our followers.
Order Stylist: Pack online orders with love and attention to detail, adding a personal touch with handwritten notes.
Stock Handler: Maintain our stock levels, ensuring all sizes are available and our displays are always on point.
Boutique Ambassador: Set up and close the boutique with flair, ensuring it's tidy and secure!
Fashion Fixer: Help keep our space organised, creating a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in fashion retail and social media management (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
- Keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Undeniable passion for fashion and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Customer facing communication skills
- Full-time availability
- Driver’s license preferred
