An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join the Centre Management team at a Shopping Centre in Brisbane South.
Duties:
- Providing administration support to the Centre Management team
- Assist with annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting
- Maintain registers, calendars, petty cash, update systems, assist with budget data entry
- Handle phone calls, customer inquiries, mail collection and distribution
- Receive and bank rental payments daily, following trust accounting guidelines
- Contact debtors for outstanding payments as directed by Centre Manager
- Prepare invoices as required
- Adhere to company procedures, maintain records in accordance with filing system
- MRI or property software experience highly advantageous
- Previous exposure to Shopping Centre administration is highly advantageous
- General accounts and administration experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and part of a cohesive team
- High level of presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
