In this role we are looking for an entry level Debtor Administration Assistant to join our team based in Toowoomba Qld.
Operating from our Head Office in Toowoomba Qld, this role will have you working directly with our Accounts Receivable team. Utilising our JAIX software, you will bring to the team your excellent accuracy, time management and organisational skills. Previous experience will not be required in this entry level position.
Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):
This role will require you to:
- Check pre-entered consignment notes and manifests following up with depots for required information
- Ensure that information entered on the system matches consignment notes before releasing of invoices
- Enter cash sale invoices and follow up on payments
- Accurately enter data into the JAIX software
- Manifesting consignment notes
- Process Credit Card payments
- Follow up on outstanding accounts
- Receiving, scanning and filing PODs
- General office duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
