Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and issuing documentation to internal and external parties;
- Liaising and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external parties, including franchise partners; and
- Ensuring internal platforms and systems are kept up to date and are accurately maintained.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in the English language;
- Exceptional spelling, proofreading skills and attention to detail;
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities;
- Experience with data entry;
- Professional manner, integrity and a willingness to accept responsibility and to produce quality work output within quick turnaround times;
- Energetic, eager and positive work outlook with an ability to juggle multiple tasks to achieve results; and
- Desire to work as part of a team to achieve success
