Requirements:

• Previous experience in the retail sector, with a strong focus on customer service and Operations coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, sales team members, and fitters.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proven organizational abilities to manage scheduling tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Aptitude for problem-solving to address scheduling conflicts, manage customer expectations, and find solutions to challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or tools to manage appointments and track job assignments – Microsoft, Unleashed & ServiceM8 (preferred, but not required)
• positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Experience in manufacturing processes or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
