Requirements:
- Previous experience in the retail sector, with a strong focus on customer service and Operations coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, sales team members, and fitters.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven organizational abilities to manage scheduling tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Aptitude for problem-solving to address scheduling conflicts, manage customer expectations, and find solutions to challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or tools to manage appointments and track job assignments – Microsoft, Unleashed & ServiceM8 (preferred, but not required)
- positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Experience in manufacturing processes or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.
