As the Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your region, including mentoring and leading your team to success, executing marketing campaigns and selling shoes!
The role:
- Drive Sales, GP & achievement of KPI goals across a regions of up to 25 stores
- Lead a diverse team with highly tuned motivational skills
- Ensure excellent communication to all stakeholders
- Manage high volumes of stock with strong merchandise/VM skills.
- Recruit, mentor and succession plan your people.
- Drive profitability through effective store & inventory management.
- Manage, support and mentor team performance.
- Travel to metro Melbourne and country locations
- Promote and live the 8 core Spendless values.
- Experience in multi-site leadership with strong motivational skills
- The ability to work autonomous, with respect and integrity
