ABOUT THE ROLE
Our second hand and salvage stores in Ballina and Tweed Heads are stocked with a wide variety and eclectic mix of reclaimed and pre-loved goods. In this position you’ll be responsible for overseeing the collection, merchandising and retailing of salvaged and donated goods to run as a profitable retail operation. You will also support the delivery of services and supports to Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) workers within program guidelines and key performance indicators.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are an experienced retail manager with proven success in driving sales revenue whilst building and leading high-performing teams over multiple locations. You will provide guidance to staff around visual merchandising, customer service and retail best practice whilst having an innovative approach to growing the business to its full potential. This position is Monday to Friday business hours.

- Qualification in Leadership & Management and/or Retail (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW) or the ability to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening or the ability to obtain
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- 5 years plus experience in managing a retail and/or social enterprise business
- Proven multi-site retail management experience.
- High energy, hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication and customer service skills
