Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers, sharing your passion for all things snow and providing expert advice on the latest gear and apparel. Share your personal snow adventures and experiences to inspire customers and create a fun and immersive shopping atmosphere

2. Assist customers in finding the perfect snow equipment, from skis and snowboards to boots and bindings.

3. Help shoppers find the warmest winter wear, including technical jackets and accessories.

4. Ring up sales, process returns, and maintain an organised and inviting retail space.

Qualifications:

- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

- Friendly and outgoing personality.

- Enthusiasm for learning about new snow products and gear.

- Basic computer and systems skills
