Job Specific Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Greet and serve customers in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
- Provide advise to customers on their requirements.
- Assist customers in the selection process including sizing and fitting.
- Retail operations and procedures
- Invoice sales and returns/credits using the point of sale system.
- Process payment of sales using the Point of Sale System and in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Inventory- enquiry, stock balance, orders, movements, price
- Banking- Tills, settlement, reconciliation, submission to finance
- Creating, approving,and sending internal transfers
3. Stock
- Receive and replenish stock into the store ensuring accuracy and compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the conduct of stock takes when and as required
- Raise backorders when stock is not available ensuring correct contact and delivery details are entered
- Stock receipt, mark off and discrepancy process
- Manifesting and tracking freight consignments
4. Merchandising
- according to standards including, folding and hanging of garments and pricing of garments where required
5. Store OH & S requirements
- Maintaining professional personal presentation including wearing approved clothing at all times.
- Comply with any reasonable instruction, policy or procedure that is given by RSEA
- Conduct all necessary pre-start, weekly and/or monthly checklists
- Report all incidents/injuries immediately to your accountable manager (or their delegate)
- Follow all reasonable instructions, standard work procedures and site WHS/OHS rules
- Participate in risk assessments and workplace inspections (when requested)
- Wear personal protective equipment as supplied
- Report plant or equipment damage immediately
6. Customer Order Fulfillment
- Dispatch orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure store and own personal workspace is kept clean and tidy

- Maintain professional work relationships with other team members
- Take reasonable care that his or her acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others
- Assist Store Manager with merchandising, promotions, stock replenishment, housekeeping and any other activites as directed.
