The Opportunity
As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our retail operations through supporting the Global Director of Retail Stores to deliver operational excellence across all retail stores. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of day-to-day operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, event planning and coordination, instore incentives, mystery shopper program management and general administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you will present in a professional manner and practice discretion and confidentiality, while acting as the front-line contact within Customer Support and Retail Operations.

- Flexibility to travel occasionally to Melbourne Support Centre and attend Global Conferences.
