Events Co-ordinator

We are a leading Australian owned and managed exhibitions and event company, running more that 30 trade and consumer events in Australia and New Zealand. A position has become available for an experienced Events Co-ordinator to join our team.
Pre ShowDuties:
- Attend initial show brief
- Develop the Exhibitor Services Kit
- Follow up all booked exhibitors
- Update and maintain CRM
- Invoice orders
- Process orders
- Compile and check exhibitor reports
- Send reminder emails out to exhibitors as per timeline
- Enter badge information, print badges, file alphabetically in envelopes ready for onsite
- Follow up outstanding invoices
- Liaise with sales support and business manager
- Other duties listed in job description
During Show Duties:
- Familiarise yourself with the venue amenities
- Set up Service Centre
- Unpack freight, set up and test equipment
- Greet and assist exhibitors
- Train non key staff on processes of service centre
- Provide exhibitors with badges, welcome letter/pack
- Answer general enquiries
- Process work orders, enter payments
- Make announcements: internal, public
- Communicate with the sales team throughout the show and post show
- Prepare Post Show report (notes from the day book, debrief)

Post Show Duties:
- Cross check orders from onsite are entered/invoiced and paid
- Process credit card entries
- Sort cash into ticketing and merchandise for allocation
- Produce event reconciliation
- Prepare Post Show Report
- Enter payments for rebook contracts
- Seek feedback from exhibitors and share with relevant departments
- Follow up outstanding invoices and liaise with business manger
To be successful in this position you will need the following:
- Outstanding communication skills verbal and written
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to organise and think on your feet
- Good computer knowledge
- Product or Event industry knowledge
- Very high work ethic
- Team person
- Flexible to travel to events/exhibitions
- NSW Drivers licence
