We are seeking an Pharmacy Retail Manager to help contribute to achieving our vision of being industry leaders in providing health care solutions to everyday Australian’s.
Retail Manager position:
- Assist customers with general pharmacy enquiries
- Assist the dispensary with scripts in/out
- Retail stock control essential
- Administrative duties when required
- Effectively manage a team and assist in creating a positive work environment
- Ensure that all Chempro policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Merchandising
- Multi-task in different areas of the Pharmacy
- Assist with training and mentoring other employees
Previous experience in a Pharmacy environment is preferred, as well as a good understanding of Point of Sale Systems (MINFOS software would be beneficial) and Loyalty Programs. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, genuine desire for the delivery of outstanding customer service and professional health advice will be integral to your success with us.
