Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage a team of Brand and Marketing Executives to help drive Star’s three retail brands
- Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that help drive brand initiatives, audience growth, and sales objectives
- Budget: Manage the marketing budget and report on marketing spending
- Stakeholder management; work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders both within the business and externally to ensure marketing campaigns are maximised and successful
- Loyalty: plan and execute objectives to help grow the loyalty platform across multiple channels such as app, social media, website
- Digital: ensure content is executed to each brand’s goals utilising the latest programs, ensuring content is implemented for successful SEO optimisation, and utilising all digital avenues to drive sales
- E-commerce; execute and drive sales on our new e-commerce platforms through various marketing strategies
- Sales Support: create collateral and content to help the three brands achieve sales targets
- Marketing Analysis: analyse team results, report on growth and future opportunities
- Design: good eye for detail with experience in developing collateral for a variety of avenues, including in-store and online
- Collaboration: working with different departments of the business to drive retail goals
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in the ecommerce, digital or loyalty space highly regarded
- Experience in Klayvio highly regarded
- Retail liquor experience highly preferable
- Budget management experience
- Good experience working in a collaborative environment
- Experience working with external stakeholders
