This is the type of environment where you can take your time to get to know each client and use a consultative approach.
A timepiece background is highly desired but not essential. Candidates will be need to be enaging, personable with impeccable presentation. Business develpment and the ability to network outside of the boutique is a key to success.
What we are looking for:
- A strong appreciation of premium timepieces
- Business Development background with an abillity to generate your own network of high value clients outside of walk through store traffic
- A CRM, eventing, clientelling, customer relationship & sales focus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Leadership qualities to support the team
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years of customer service experience & BD focus
- Be a person with a team first attitude
- Possess a proactive approach to work
- Be a positive person with a strong sense of fun and engaging personality
On offer is a base salary $70K - $75K + super + a lucrative commission structure.
