We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES SUPERSTARS who understand the value of a genuine customer service experience but also how to deliver that experience in an appropriate and helpful way. We’re on the hunt for positive, hardworking, and driven individuals who enjoy working towards and achieving goals, happy to get their hands dirty and thrive on interactions and helping people.
The roles and responsibilities:
- Delivering genuine customer service
- Sales and up selling of mobile phone accessories
- Stock take
- Opening and closing duties.
- Stock ordering and inventory management.
- Meeting and exceeding store KPI’s

Experience:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
