Retail Security Professionals

CONSTANT is currently recruiting suitably qualified Security Professionals to join our Retail Security Team in various locations across Melbourne.

These positions are scheduled to commence from the 1st March 2024

You will need to be flexible and available to work in one or more sites as we provide coverage to our clients, 7 days per week to meet their business needs.

To build on your existing loss prevention, retail, and customer service skills, you will receive additional training in proven loss prevention operations to support our clients.

CONSTANT Security is seeking experienced and professional security operatives for a variety of positions such as:

• High Visibility Security Officers: providing a uniformed presence in store
• Door Greeters: providing a professional customer service focussed awareness
• Asset Protection: assisting with a security presence for out of hours property work

We currently have positions at the following locations:

• Werribee, Highpoint, Northland, Melbourne CBD, Doncaster, Eastland, Knox, Fountain Gate

Duties include: 

• Observation of offenders
• Working closely with the clients loss prevention department and retail staff
• Liaise with centre security and Police
• Supporting Police Operations
• Customer and staff safety
• Completing incidents reports as required 
• Completion of client reporting requirements

Rates:

Monday – Friday 0600-18:00 - $25.99

Monday – Friday 18:00-06:00- $31.63

Saturday - $38.99

Sunday - $51.99

Public Holiday - $64.98

Applicants are required to have the following:

• 1+ years' Loss Prevention security experience 
• VIC Security Licence 
• Retail security experience an advantage
• First Aid certificate (must be maintained at all times) 
• Good communication and report writing 
• Willingness and ability to follow direction and learn new skills
