We are looking for casual retail Shop Manager & Shop Assistants right now for our store in Phillip ( ACT)

Ideally we are seeking people with :
- Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills to deal with in-shop sales
- Capable computer skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Self-driven with the ability to collaborate with the broader team
- An engaging and natural approach when creating lasting customer relationships.

What will your key responsibilities be?
- Communicate with parents and students in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Stock management and replenishment of stock
- Receiving and transferring deliveries
- Possess efficient and accurate cash handling & basic point of sale skills
- Maintaining a presentable store image
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Determined to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- Liaise with Local schools and be the Ranier ambassador on the ground in Canberra
- Providing professional, friendly, face to face customer service (aware there are long periods of standing in the role).
