We have also established a robust logistics department to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of orders with four expansive warehouses covering over 30,000 square meters in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our Smithfield store and contribute to our continued success. This role is to provide leadership, guidance and maintain standards and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and monitoring daily order fulfillment.
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Hiring, traning and overseeing new staff.
- Conducting performance review of existing staffs and sending report to HR team.
- Monitoring and motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Monitoring inventory levels to organise stock replenishment and stock transfer.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer complains & requirements.
- Delveloping and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining store cleanness at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of retail operations
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to sell products or services to customers
- Excellent in-store and product knowledge
- Ability to identify areas for improvement within the team or store
- Leadership and management skills that demonstrate a potential for further development
