About The Opportunity:
The primary objective of the Account Manager position is to ensure all clients and customers are satisfied with the service provided by Futuresleep. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers whilst serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
The Account Manager is responsible for increasing sales and market share across all stores in their region.
Leadership and Direction:
- Provide clear and positive leadership, outlining the company's direction and performance expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality with all retail brands.
- Attend forums for Account Managers to share knowledge and provide product training.
- Achieve targets in Sales, Average sale, Core and authorized products, and any other agreed standards.
- Research market competition and global trends, understanding competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify the level of promotion within stores and forward promotion reports to the Business Brand Manager.
- Address customer service issues effectively, following field inspections.
- Handle customer complaints with guidance from the Business Brand Manager as required.
- Collaborate constructively with the factory to resolve product problems.
- Optimize sales and margin growth potential through comprehensive training sessions.
- Cover components and technical attributes of mattresses and foundations in training sessions.
- Ensure stores receive regular training on product knowledge, housekeeping standards, and point of sale collateral.
- Proven client relationship management
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with supply chain logistics and manufacturing is highly desired but not required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Valid drivers license; on average this role will require 1 day from the office in Crestmead and 4 days visiting clients
