Our leadership team are passionate about the brand and our customers and can see themselves making a career in the optical industry. The role entails:
- Providing front of house support to current leadership team by managing daily operations of the store.
- Proactively supporting roster management and driving sales growth through KPIs
- Coaching and developing the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Building genuine, supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Assisting the retail team with pre-testing, dispensing, clinic co-ordination
- Supporting the Store Manager with positive complaint resolution
- Maintaining store presentation standards and merchandising at all times
What Experience Are We Looking For:
- Previous Supervisor or leadership experience required
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Ability to thrive under pressure along with being able to delegate effectively
- Your role will be as a Full Time team member who is available Monday to Sunday (Rostered over 5 days)
- Previous experience in the optical industry highly desired but not essential - we will offer full training in optics to support you in the role
