Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operations team during your designated shifts. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate team during assigned shifts.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback and mentoring as needed.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure conformance to quality plans and/or customer requirements. Ensure results are recorded and validate inspections carried out by nominated personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operations and achieving business goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Industry experience in injection moulding specifications, essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Highly committed, meticulous, reliable, and well organized.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders.
- Positive and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.

This position is permanent full-time, salary is negotiable based on skills and experience demonstrated.
