Cardiff RSL Club invites you to take the next step in your career by joining us as a Duty Supervisor. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing our daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service across our bar, café, money reconciliation, reception, and functions areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of multiple areas within the Club.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Provide leadership and support to our team.
Showcase your passion for customer service and organizational skills.
Requirements:
Hold a current NSW RSA and RCG certificate.
Minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in the Club or Hotel industry.
Knowledge and experience of all operational areas of a licensed Club (an advantage).
Customer-focused with attention to detail.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts across a 7-day roster.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of WHS requirements.
Computer literacy.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
