An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Maroochydore - Sunshine Plaza As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

Job tasks and responsibilities: The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership and assist in managing the store in order to achieve:
- Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
- Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Responsibility for your team’s recruitment, development and performance
- Visual merchandising in your store
- Stock management
- Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
- This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.
