Return to Work Coordinator

Based in the Bowmans, 5550 area, the site is highly automated, sophisticated and equipped to global best practice.

Return to Work Coordinator will report to the Human Resource Manager, this essential role is responsible for the management and Return to Work of injured workers and employee health and wellbeing programs. In addition to this function, this role also involves regular treatment of injured works within the scope of Occupational First Aid.

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a RTW role, with relevant state issued certification.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• General understanding of WHS principles.
• Proven Leadership behaviors, the ability to engage and build a support base through leading by example.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.

• Experience in FMCG environment, food manufacturing site would also be desired
• Proven experience as a RTW advisor or similar
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
• Return to Work Qualification needed
