We are seeking a candidate who can bring their empathetic and proactive expertise to this role, supporting employees through their Return to Work journey.
Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager you will have responsibility of assisting Workers to remain or Return to Work as soon as possible following Injury. Assist in the perpetration of a recovery and Return to Work Plan, engage with the worker's medical team whilst monitoring a worker's recovery progress and capacity for work.
About You:
- A developed understanding of the Return to Work SA system.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- A practical understanding of soft tissue injuries, repetitive stains and preventative measures and techniques.
- Effective problem solving, organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Current and Unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence.
- Developed computer literacy with Health Management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to Work autonomously and within a team environment
- Taken other's perspective's into consideration.
- Must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic with a demonstrated focus on system improvement
- Makes self fully available as required
Desirable:
- Current Occupational First Aid Certificate with current CPR Component.
- Current Mental Health First Aid Certificate.
- Current Certification as a Return to Work Coordinator through an approved RTW SA Provider.
- An understanding of common injuries and preventive strategies in a Processing Environment.
