We are seeking a Return to Work Coordinator looking for their next challenge who is motivated and strives to provide the highest quality of customer service to clients.
Working as a Return to Work Coordinator, you will be a local resource working for one of our key accounts, an ASX listed industry leading financial services company. You will be providing specialised support on a mix of physical and psychological claims across Victoria and NSW, providing virtual and face to face contact with a focus on early, durable Return to Work services.
Day to day you will be:
- Managing referrals and actioning within required timeframes;
- Lodging claims, attending claim strategy reviews including THP & NTDs when required;
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Return to Work plans; and
- Take the lead on national Return to Work and injury prevention initiatives.

- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor (relevant registration required);
- Previous employer-based Return to Work experience or occupational rehabilitation experience is required;
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain);
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
