Return to Work Specialist

Are you a seasoned Workers Comp professional with a passion for helping injured workers navigate the journey back to Work.

Our client is looking to find a dynamic and compassionate Return to Work Specialist within their Newcastle office.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to develop comprehensive return-to-work plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify physical and psychological barriers to returning to Work.
• Provide expert guidance on accommodations and modifications to support a successful Return to the workplace.
• Liaise with insurance professionals and legal teams to ensure compliance with Workers Compensation regulations.
• Improve the Recovery and RTW outcomes, leading to positive performance in RTW measures.

Requirements:

• Extensive Workers Comp Claims/ Injury management experience.
• Qualifications or training in Rehabilitation, medical, Physiotherapy etc. an advantage. 
• Ability to Work in a collaborative team environment. 
• Strong work ethic and time management skills. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office
