Return To Work Specialist

Are you a Sydney based RTW professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We want you to bring your expertise to our global insurer team!
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end return-to-work processes for injured employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective RTW plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Act as a liaison between employees, management, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
