Overview on Organisation:

Are you passionate about support best practice Return to Work & Injury Management? Our client is a high growth organisation with extensive roots in Australia within specialist insurance, worker compensation, Injury Management and RTW services. They are hybrid, flexible and looking to recruit this newly created role.

Responsibilities:

As the new RTW Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in consulting with clients in a particular public sector domain. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
• Consulting on technical and advisory RTW best practice
• Advising on prevention and legislation requirements
• Supporting additional training and workshops
• Conducting thorough relationship management and reporting

Experience required: 

To be successful in this position, you will:
 

• Have min 3-5+ years in RTW, injury management or workers comp
• Have exposure to case management, allied health or similar roles
• Be a true ‘go-getter’ and willing to learn and apply your experience 
• Be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have a full driver license
