Form of workPinnacle Tourism Marketing, one of Australia’s leading tourism marketing representation companies is seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the role of Revenue and Campaign Specialist.
The person we seek must be suitably qualified in the areas of tourism marketing with a firm focus and passion for yield management and the rapid evolution of best practice in this space. The ideal candidate would have:-
- Previous experience within a tourism business with a specific focus on revenue management.
- Superior knowledge of some Property Management Systems including but not limited to Resly, RMS, Little Hotelier, HIRUM, NewBook, Siteminder, Rezdy and Fareharbour with a thirst to extend and expand their knowledge on numerous property systems.
- Understanding of the principles of yield management and how to design and implement strategies.
- Understanding of the tourism distribution system and the various channels that it includes.
- Understanding of campaigns and how they can be constructed and distributed.
The person that this position would suit would love tourism and have a thirst for data and manipulating that data to produce the best possible results. They would revel in working within a small, passionate, dedicated and hard working team that are constantly lifting the bar to a higher standard not only for Pinnacle Tourism Marketing but the clients that we represent.
This is a part time position and while it is preferred that the position is based in our head office in Cairns, remote working for this position will be entertained for the right applicant.
