Revenue Officer

As an Assistant Revenue Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting Property Revenue functions. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Acts, policies, and procedures, maintaining a precise rating financial database, assisting with debt collection, issuing Land Information Certificates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About You:

• Certificate III or IV in Accounting or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Thorough knowledge of rating functions and relevant legislative provisions
• Experience in debt collection and computer-based property systems
• Well-developed written communication skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with Acts, policies, and procedures
• Effective communication for productive liaison with staff and external stakeholders
• Commitment to Access and Equity principles and Occupational Health and Safety
• Proactive approach to recommending improvements for efficient Property Revenue administration
