The Opportunity
Based in Wynyard the Revenue Services Coordinator is a practical hands-on role that is responsible for leading and assisting the customer service team in delivering efficient, courteous and effective customer service and administrative support.
The Revenue Services Coordinator will oversee various aspects of revenue generation and collection within Council.
About the Position
This is a permanent full-time position working 75 hours per fortnight over a 19-day month.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a customer service environment.
- Experience in revenue administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and consultation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and to exercise tact, discretion and sound judgement.
