Central Coast Local Health District has an opportunity for a dynamic administrative Team Leader to join our service delivery focussed Revenue department.

- You have proven capabilities as a Team Leader and consider yourself to be results and performance driven to produce optimal outcomes, including evidence of sound financial, and human resource management skills.
- You have proven experience providing professional leadership and support to staff utilising a performance development framework and effective change management processes.
- You have a focus on outcomes that are driven through collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including a proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion.
As the Revenue Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing and leading high-level administrative services to the department and the manager which support service delivery. Responsibilities include formulating processes, ensuring high-quality customer service, evaluating new methods and technology, overseeing accurate accounting tasks, and contributing to revenue staff recruitment, coaching, and performance management. The role has an emphasis on quality improvement, compliance with health procedures, and participation in annual reviews, with a focus on reviewing and recommending enhancements to revenue workflows and practices across CCLHD.
