PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
One Harvest, one of the largest salad processing and packing facilities in Australia, is seeking a Team Leader for our modern Smeaton Grange facility. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves all relevant standards, especially relating to People and Food safety are adhered to by all team members. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that shift targets are achieved, through engagement and co-ordination of team members.

As a Team Leader, you will:
- Ensure all relevant standards are adhered to and that team members are adequately trained to do the same.
- Act as a role model to our Zero Harm and protected philosophies, living and demonstrating our eight safety rules to live by.
- Ensure daily targets are communicated, monitored, delivered, and reported as required by every shift.
- Identify and solve problems are they occur, escalating as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.
Deliver training as agreed with the production supervisor to ensure their team can meet the business needs to standard. - Maintain records to finalize work orders.
- Support management with daily production and staffing requirements.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience within a production environment, preferably FMCG.
- High attention to detail,
- A safety conscious attitude,
- Be able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
Job environment and shifts available:
- 2/4 degrees in a cold environment
- Morning Shift – 5:30am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift – 1:48pm start time – no finish time.
- Some weekend work required during peak periods.
- The Team Leader will spend a minimum of 50% of their time offline to ensure the above is achieved.
