You will oversee and manage the operational and administrative delivery of the services and have the flexibility of working 50% of your shifts from home. The Preventive Health Operations Team Leader will provide direct line management, leadership, and direction to the operational and administrative Preventive Health team members, including prioritisation of work deliverables, allocation of work program, and project task management and monitoring.

The HCC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week delivering confidential telephone assessment and information services to the people of Queensland. The HCC strives to educate and empower people to make informed choices about their health and health care, promoting better health through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent leadership and people management capability, including timely performance and work load management.
- Advanced operational/administrative management skills with an ability to coordinate multiple project and business as usual tasks.
- High level experience in the use of client record management, clinical, and/or contact centre systems, such as, training others, data auditing, and writing requirements for technology changes/improvements.
- Well-developed communication and facilitation skills (written and oral) with an ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership to make decisions in a dynamically changing environment.
