Risk & Compliance Business Partner

If you're an experienced Risk & Compliance professional that ideally comes from a highly regulated background and have had experience implementing, testing and rolling out a new GRC system then this is a role you will need to consider.

In this role you will be involved in:

• GRC Tool delivery and implementation. Identify the requirements for successful implementation with regards to: Training, Awareness, Support, Framework and Policy uplift.
• Decommissioning of existing GRC tool: Perform a multi-year decommissioning including QA of existing data, identifying the plan to migrate data into the new system and the support required to ensure business process continuity.
• Mature the governance structures that exist within the entity, driving outcomes through data led reporting
• Drive consistency in governance systems and standardise and mature Risk and Compliance reporting within Line 2, across the entity.
• Steward the policies across the organisation, specifically looking at building out test scripts and carry out testing to provide policy owners assurance on policy adherence
• Deliver strategic projects and initiatives at the request of Head of Risk & Compliance

To be considered for this role you will be a experienced Risk & Compliance professional that ideally comes from a regulated background and has had experience implementing, testing and rolling out a GRC system. You will have an excellent stakeholder management skillset, take a proactive approach to risk & compliance, have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working within a fast paced environment.
