If so, we have an incredible opportunity just for you!Role Overview:As a Mower Operator, you will be at the forefront of maintaining our picturesque open space parks. This hands-on role demands physical agility and dedication on a daily basis.Your main duties will involve:Lawn Maintenance: Operating a variety of mowers and horticultural equipment to upkeep our expansive open space lawns, both large and small.Schedule Adherence: Ensuring meticulous adherence to mowing schedules and timely completion of assigned tasks.Safety and Responsibility: Demonstrating a commitment to operating plant, vehicles, and equipment in a manner that prioritizes safety and responsibility.Chemical Application: Skillfully applying chemicals as required to ensure effective lawn care.Roadside Slashing: Keeping roadsides impeccably clear and well-maintained.Customer Service: Responsively and professionally addressing customer inquiries and requests.Essential Skills Required:Proficiency in operating front deck mowers, tractors with implements, and zero turn mowers.Valid Victorian Drivers LicenceCapability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of workmanship.Sound knowledge of general horticulture practices.Desirable Skills:Victorian MR Truck Licence.Traffic Management Certificate.Herbicide Spraying Licence.First Aid Certificate (Level II).
