Risk Lead/Executive Manager within the Mortgages, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the Mortgage business.
You'll develop and execute strategic risk management initiatives, proactively mitigating threats and enhancing overall resilience. This multifaceted role is designed to:
- Oversee strategic risk management: Craft and implement strategies to elevate business safety and resilience, aligning risk practices with organisational goals.
- Champion proactive risk management: Actively shape the 2032 strategy, focusing on future-proofing risk management across processes, people, and policies.
- Lead issue and event management: Spearhead the timely identification, escalation, and resolution of issues and events, implementing preventative measures to minimise risks.
