Risk Manager (Third Party Risk)

Exciting opportunity join a Global Freight Business. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting the business around its Third Party providers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage a common and consistent third-Party Risk management framework to effectively identify, evaluate, monitor and manage the diverse set of risks associated with third parties. 
• Serve as the subject matter expert in interpreting requirements and improve awareness of operational (and other) risks faced by the business in relation to vendor management. 
• Maintain a structured internal governance framework. 
• Identifying emerging risks and ensuring mitigating plans are in place
• Develop and maintain workflow processes to ensure data & system controls are adequate. 
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the third-Party Risk management field. 

Qualifications

• 8 - 12+ years' experience in a related field such as risk management/ Third Party Risk and or vendor management. 
• Exp in Third Party Risk is essential. 
• Exp in FMCG, Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, Infrastructure is highly desirable.  
• Strong communication skills, able to work with the business and whilst maintaining essential independence.
• Business partnering skills with the ability to work closely with the Business.
• Excellent academic background.
