Your new company Hays has partnered with a State Government agency operating in the Toowoomba & Darling Downs region looking to increase their team due to influx in upcoming projects.
Your new role As the Supervisor, you will be hands-on in your approach to effectively leading the on-site team in the construction, repair & delivery of road works construction projects. You will be responsible for delivering on timeline, quality and performance matrixes as well as maintaining a safe and efficient work site.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role - with experience in bound/unbound pavement and stabilising being highly regarded. You will have previous experience supervising teams and have an appropriate background to support and direct the crew on site - from labourers to machine operators.
