Rostering Coordinator
Working onsite for a leading community-based organisation that provides disability, aged care, training, and employment services nationally. The Customer Service and Rostering team require a temp for the next 6 weeks with possibility of extension.
The role will be based at the Warrnambool CBD office, and you would be required to work Monday -Friday 9am - 5pm. The role will be paying $36 per hour + super. Currently 6 month assignment with a likelihood of extension / ongoing work.
This role is varied, fast paced, and requires the successful candidates to be able to coordinate and roster current staff to various facilities.
Some of your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating, rostering and matching staff to various sites
- Coordinate staff replacement and work leave
- Responsible for approvals and fixing clashes / shift rejections
- Conducting client meetings including support plan reviews.
- Speaking to staff over the phone and email about the requirements needed for facilities
- General Administration
- Update the system and reports daily
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Strong customer service background
- Working withing a rostering or scheduling position (Ideal but not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working in fast paced environment
