About the role:
We're actively looking for multiple experienced, enthusiastic, and high-performing Rostering Implementation Consultants to join our Rostering Project team for a 6-month (full-time) fixed-term contract.
In this exciting role, you'll be an integral part of the team responsible for implementing our new staff rostering software system (UKG Pro WFM) across our Residential Aged Care Homes in NSW, ACT, and WA.
As a valued member of the project team, you'll play a key role in delivering staff training, developing technical expertise in the rostering system, and supporting the change management process at each Aged Care Home.

About You:
To be considered, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience delivering training in an adult learning environment
- Familiarity with rostering systems like UKG Pro WFM will be highly advantageous
- Experience with change management practices
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused approach with excellent time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Driver’s License and commitment to significant periods of travel across NSW, ACT and WA
- Experience with rostering staff in shift-based work - desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - highly regarded
