SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly detailed, efficient & experiencedRostering Officer with great communication skills to be responsible for creating and managing accurate fortnightly rosters for our staff members within a consistent timeframe.
Our new Rostering Officer will work within a team of three including our HR Manager, and will assist with the onboarding of new staff and other rostering associated admin tasks on an as needed basis..
Your role will include spending a lot of time managing hiccups along the way inspiring the Rostering Team to recreate new and inventive management solutions to facilitate growth.
Our Rostering Team are also needed for some after hours support on a rotating basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain employee schedules
- Ensure that all shifts are all staffed
- Work closely with Case Manager's & Team Leader's to identify staffing needs
- Overtime management
- Monitor employee attendance and make adjustments to schedules as needed
- Communication with Participant's regarding their rosters and any changes that may occur
- Communication with employees regarding their rosters and any changes that may occur
- Maintain accurate records of employee roster's and attendance
- Provide reports to management regarding staffing levels and rostering trends trends
- Assist with other HR related admin tasks as needed
