Summary:
Origin Support Services are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rostering Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee schedules and ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed. The Rostering Officer will work closely with service delivery managers to ensure that staffing needs are met and that employees are scheduled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain employee schedules for all departments
- Ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed
- Work closely with service delivery managers to identify staffing needs
- Monitor employee attendance and make adjustments to schedules as needed
- Ensure that all scheduling is done in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with employees regarding their schedules and any changes that may occur
- Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and attendance
- Provide reports to management regarding staffing levels and scheduling trends
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Knowledge of labor SHADS award and regulations
