The Role
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be working within a national team.
Your day to day duties will consist of, but will not be limited to:
Managing employee schedules and ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed
Liaise with staff in relation to their hours via telephone and emails
Maintain accurate records
About You
To be considered for these positions, you will have the following skill set:
Previous experience working within a Rostering or Scheduling Officer role would be ideal, however not essential
Experience working within an outbound customer service role - desirable
Demonstrate a high level of resilience, the ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team

Immediate start
Temporary positions with the view to convert to permanent for the right candidate
Free parking in both locations
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm / Flexible work arrangements
