The Role
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be working within a national team.
Your day to day duties will consist of, but will not be limited to:
- Managing employee schedules and ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed
- Liaise with staff in relation to their hours via telephone and emails
- Maintain accurate records
About You
To be considered for these positions, you will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working within a Rostering or Scheduling Officer role would be ideal, however not essential
- Experience working within an outbound customer service role - desirable
- Demonstrate a high level of resilience, the ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm / Flexible work arrangements
